Growing up, I started getting black spots on my face that look somewhat like birth marks. But aren't. I was wondering if using Proactive would get rid of those spots. And I was also wondering, if there was an age range for using Proactive. Like if it's a good idea to use it if your under 14 or 15. And if it's available in stores or is it only available through order?
